Vadhi Narasimhamurti is Deloitte's Global SAP Offering Leader, based in New York. With over 20 years of experience in the firm, Vadhi is a Principal known for his expertise in helping clients envision, execute and create value from their business transformation journeys largely using SAP solutions. Vadhi leads several global programs for the firm across Consumer, ER&I and Life Sciences clients. Vadhi’s has played multiple roles across Supply Chain, Delivery Transformation, and Sales Excellence. Jan Gilg

Jan Gilg is a member of the SAP Extended Board, co-leading the global Customer Success Board area, overseeing SAP cloud revenue and customer growth. He leads the SAP Americas region and manages the global SAP Business Suite organization, covering customer advisory, sales, and success management. With over 18 years in enterprise software, Gilg previously served as President and Chief Product Officer of Cloud ERP, overseeing Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations for S/4HANA. He has held various executive roles at SAP, contributing to cloud strategy and establishing SAP's Enterprise Architecture practice in North America. Arjun Krishnamurthy

He has had the privilege of helping some of the largest consumer companies in the world innovate their capabilities through technology to enable next generation operations and advanced analytics. Within Deloitte, Arjun leads the Innovations Platforms focused on using cloud based microservices for Machine Learning/AI, Computer Vision, IoT, advanced visualization to drive value to Deloitte’s clients.

Philipp Herzig is Chief Technology Officer and Chief AI Officer of SAP SE, leading technology strategy, research, innovation,and corporate development, with a focus on Business AI, sustainability, and topics such as quantum computing. Since 2024, he has been instrumental in advancing SAP's AI initiatives, leveraging his expertise in integrating SAP's product portfolio for a seamless customer experience. Herzig's career at SAP includes roles as software engineer, architect, and engineering leader, with a focus on cloud-native applications and fostering engineering excellence. As Chief Sustainability and Commercial Officer for SAP Sustainability, Sophia and her teams oversee SAP’s corporate sustainability and bring sustainability to market for our customers. Sophia’s long-standing area of focus is in guiding organizations on how to balance immediate financial goals with sustainability and ESG governance for long-term business viability. She has deep expertise in sustainability and specializes in executive stakeholder engagement. She designed and taught the first ESG at Harvard Extension School, is a recognised public voice on ESG, and was chosen as one of the top 10 sustainability leaders of the year by the industry's leading publication, Sustainability Magazine. Sophia has a Master of Science in sustainable management from Columbia University.

Jacques Buith

Jacques is the former Deloitte Global SAP Sustainability Leader as well as the Global Lead Partner for United Nations, supported by an amazing multi-disciplinary team from across Deloitte’s global business units to focus on helping customers design better business processes to achieve their sustainability commitments whilst meeting the multitude of regulations they face and achieve differential growth. He has diverse experience in sustainability, risk management and governance, and featured as one of the Top 25 Sustainability Consultants and Leaders of 2023 by The Consulting Report. As strategic advisor to Boards and Executive teams of global corporations and multilateral organizations, Jacques has focused on building teams, making connections, and helping professionals grow.

Companies have had to face disruption in many forms over the past few years – operational, environmental, technological, and social. Disruptions have not only become more frequent, they’ve also taken on greater severity. Chip and guests discuss how “proactive resilience” is going to be the new normal in supply chain, with 84% of CxOs identifying resilience as a priority for their organizations.

Vadhi Narasimhamurti

Vadhi is a Partner at Deloitte focused on helping Consumer Products company reduce their operating costs and improve their supply chain efficiencies through technology enabled business transformations. He leads several programs at global clients and is focused on realizing Value from the ERP investments for his clients. Vadhi also leads the global SAP supply chain practice for the firm and the Delivery transformation for the SAP practice in the US. Vadhi lives in Brooklyn with his wife and 2 kids.

Darcy MacClaren

Darcy is the Chief Revenue Officer of SAP Digital Supply Chain, where she leverages over 30 years of experience in technology transformation focused on supply chain management. Previously holding multiple leadership roles at SAP, including Senior Vice President of Digital Supply Chain and Industry 4.0 for SAP North America, she now drives the global supply chain business towards sustainable and resilient growth. A recognized thought leader and champion for women in supply chain, Darcy has been featured in top media outlets and is the founder of the Empowering Women in Supply Chain Network. She holds a BA from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from SUNY at Buffalo.
